About the Event
Learn to throw an oven-safe pie plate on the wheel! Instructor Lauren will lead you through the steps using a beautiful brown clay to throw your pie plate. Cass Ceramics staff will then process, fire, and glaze your pie plate with white glaze to show the natural speckles of the clay through the glaze. Beginners welcome - no wheel experience necessary!
Your pie plate will be fired and ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks, just in time for your Thanksgiving pie.
